My approach

Each programme is built on an in-depth understanding of the individual — their physiological functioning, lifestyle and overall context.

My role is to identify the underlying mechanisms behind the imbalances encountered — whether nutritional, hormonal, digestive or stress-related — in order to develop an approach that is adapted, realistic and sustainable.

The follow-up is personalised, evolving over time, and designed to integrate concretely into daily life, while taking into account professional, personal and medical constraints when necessary.

I support my clients through an integrative approach that combines nutrition, lifestyle factors and a deep understanding of how the body functions, with the aim of promoting more stable health, improved energy levels and a more balanced relationship with the body. Each programme is unique, tailored to the individual, and adjusted over time according to their needs and the body’s responses.

They are rooted in a nuanced understanding of the body and its needs, and are designed to be both adaptive and sustainable over time.

Support may address a wide range of concerns — including hormonal health, digestive issues, chronic fatigue, performance support, or key life transitions — and is always based on an integrative approach combining nutrition, lifestyle factors and an in-depth understanding of physiological function.

Follow-up sessions may take place in person or online, depending on individual needs and context. Each programme is tailored and evolves over time, in response to the body’s feedback and the adjustments required.
