What is it ?
CYCLE SYNCING, definition :
Method of aligning diet and lifestyle with the phases of the menstrual cycle.
It’s all about living in peace with our hormones and our cycle!
We are led to believe that it is normal to feel tired, moody, anxious, depressed, have pain or pimples, and all this because of our cycle.
It’s time to stop being under the control of our hormones!
Our bodies are trying to tell us that something is wrong and this is why I created this program.
Synchronizing our lifestyle with our cycle allows us to take back control of our life and our body and live as we choose!
Having a proper diet that supports your hormones will make you love your body more and it will thank you back!
Our cycle is composed of 4 phases, each with different needs! So, by giving our body the necessary nutrients and the right intensity of activity for each phase, we can live in peace with our hormones.
Bye bye fatigue, low energy, bad mood and cramps!

THE Program
The program is composed of 5 sessions of 30 min via zoom, in which you will discover how to listen and understand your hormones, how to respect them and help your body to function at its best.

- Session 1 : The hormones in women and their role in our body
- Session 2 : The menstrual phase
- Session 3 : The follicular phase
- Session 4 : The ovulatory phase
- Session 5 : The luteal phase
These sessions are held in small groups where everyone is free to speak, share their experience or simply listen. It is a space of trust where each person should feel free, at ease and comfortable.
At the end of the coaching, I will send you my ebook containing :
- Texts and graphics on hormonal health
Tips and advice for each phase of the cycle
+ 45 recipes related to each phase
