Integrative health nutritionist, hormones and performance

A science-based and human-centred approach to sustainable health

Portrait à propos

Hello, I’m Léa.

I support individuals who wish to better understand their bodies, restore more stable health, and build a calmer, more balanced relationship with food.

Throughout my journey across health, nutrition, hormones and performance, I have observed that standardised approaches do not always meet individual needs. The body functions as an interconnected whole, shaped by physiology, lifestyle, stress, environment and personal history.

My work is based on a scientific, integrative and human-centred approach, aimed at identifying the underlying mechanisms behind imbalances — whether digestive, hormonal, nutritional or performance-related.

Each programme is individualised, evolving over time, and designed to integrate realistically into daily life, while taking into account professional, personal and medical constraints when necessary.

My goal is to help you better understand how your body functions, regain clarity and energy, and develop a more balanced relationship with your body.

Understanding who you are, to build a strategy tailored to you

Each body has its own history, rhythm and constraints. My approach is based on understanding the mechanisms underlying imbalances, and then developing a personalised, realistic and sustainable strategy.

The goal: more stable health, increased energy, and a calmer relationship with both the body and food.

From professional ballet to nutrition: a journey shaped by high-level performance

My journey did not begin in a consultation room, but in high-level sport.

I grew up in France and started classical dance at a very young age, before training and performing in demanding environments across Paris, Amsterdam and Lausanne, including the Béjart Ballet.

This early immersion in performance exposed me to the realities of a body under pressure: fatigue, physical demands, the relationship with weight, food and recovery.

Alongside dance, my interest in health, physiology and the functioning of the body continued to grow. It is this dual background — artistic and scientific — that has progressively shaped my vision of health: global, individualised and deeply human.

Why nutrition became an obvious choice
My interest in nutrition began early, during adolescence, when a gluten intolerance significantly changed my relationship with food. Searching for alternatives quickly led me to a simple realisation: eating “differently” does not necessarily mean eating “better”.
This period marked the beginning of a broader reflection on nutrition — not as a set of rules to follow, but as a tool for understanding the body, its responses and its real needs.
Over time, I came to understand that nutrition can be a powerful lever when it is approached in an individualised way, integrated into lifestyle, physiological context and personal demands — particularly in performance-driven environments.
It is this perspective, far removed from trends and standardised approaches, that naturally led me to further my studies and make nutrition a central pillar of my work.

From high-level dance to integrative nutrition

Coming from a professional classical dance background, I spent many years in an environment where the body is exposed to high physical, aesthetic and mental demands.

Like many athletes and artists, I was confronted with contradictory messages around food, weight, performance and body image. This reality led me to deeply question the nutritional models commonly applied in these environments.

Over time, it became clear that no standardised approach can meet the complex needs of a body exposed to stress, intensive training and emotional pressure.

This realisation led me to train in health, microbiology and nutrition, with a specialisation in sports nutrition and hormonal health, in order to offer a more accurate, individualised and body-respecting approach.

Today, my work lies at the intersection of science, real-world experience and a nuanced understanding of health and performance.
