Ingredients
- 1 cauliflower head
- 1/3 cup of coconut flour
- 2 large eggs
- 1 shallots (thinly sliced)
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley (chopped)
- 1/2 tsp of ground black pepper
- 1/2 tsp of garlic powder
- 1 tsp of salt

Instructions
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 180°C and prepare a large baking sheet with parchment paper on. Brush or spray with olive oil, set aside.Step 2
Cut cauliflower head into small florets, wash and drain until completely dry. Place the florets in a blender. Blend until it turns into a rice-like consistency.Step 3
Add coconut flour, eggs, shallots, parsley, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Mix well and set aside. Using your hands, shape the mixture into small patties.Step 4
Place the patties on the baking sheet, leaving 2 cm between each patty. Bake for 15 min, turn over and bake for an additional 4 min (or until golden, crisp and firm). Remove from oven and let cool before serving.Nutritional values per serving :
