Ingredients

  • 1/2 cupof rolled oats ( blended into flour)
  • 3 tbsp of cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup of tahini
  • 2 tbsp + 1 tsp of maple syrup
  • A pinch of salt
  • Sesame seeds to cover

Instructions

Step 1

In a bowl, combine the oat flour, cocoa and salt. Add tahini and maple syrup and mix until well combined.

Step 2

Form the mixture into small balls and roll them in the sesame seeds.

Step 3

Place in refrigerator for 30 minutes to firm up.

Step 4

Store in a tupperware in the refrigerator and consume within 5 days.

Step 5

Enjoy at any time as a snack!
