Ingredients
- 1/2 cupof rolled oats ( blended into flour)
- 3 tbsp of cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup of tahini
- 2 tbsp + 1 tsp of maple syrup
- A pinch of salt
- Sesame seeds to cover

Step 1
In a bowl, combine the oat flour, cocoa and salt. Add tahini and maple syrup and mix until well combined.
Step 2
Form the mixture into small balls and roll them in the sesame seeds.
Step 3
Place in refrigerator for 30 minutes to firm up.
Step 4
Store in a tupperware in the refrigerator and consume within 5 days.
Step 5
Enjoy at any time as a snack!
