Ingredients
- 1 can of chickpeas (15 oz can / 260g drained)
- 4 tbsp of 100% peanut butter
- 1 tsp of vanilla extract
- 4 tbsp of almond powder (or 3 tbsp of oat flour)
- 2 tbsp of maple syrup (or more to taste)
- 1/4 cup of dark chocolate chips
- A pinch of salt

Step 1
Drain and rinse the chickpeas.
Step 2
Blend all the ingredients (except the chocolate chips) in a blender or a food processor until you get a dough-like texture.
Taste and adjust the amount of maple syrup if needed.
Step 3
Pour in the chocolate chips and incorporate them into the dough.
Step 4
Pour into small jars or form small balls to add to your desserts or to make a snack!
Step 5
Enjoy at any time!
