Ingredients
- 350 g of carrots
- 3 tbsp of olive oil
- 2 tbsp of honey
- 1 tbsp of rosemary
- 1 pinch of salt

Step 1
Preheat the oven at 200°C and prepare a baking sheet with baking paper on.Step 2
Peel the carrots, and put on the baking sheet.
Step 3
In a small saucepan, add the oil, the honey and the rosemary and mix on low heat until well combined. Pour half of the sauce on the carrots and cook for 15-20 minutes at 200°C. Remove from oven and add the rest of the sauce. Put on grill mode for an additional 5 minutes.
Step 4
Remove from oven, add a pinch of salt if needed and decorate with some rosemary and pine nuts before serving !
