Ingredients

  • 2 slices of gluten-free bread* (see note)
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 2 tbsp of sprouted alfafa seeds
  • 1 tsp of vegan protein powder** (see note)
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch of black pepper

Instructions

Step 1

Grill the 2 slices of bread in the oven or toaster.

Step 2

In a small bowl, mash the avocado with a fork, then add salt and pepper and combine.

Step 3

Spread the avocado on toast and sprinkle the protein powder on top. Put the alafafa sprouts on top and decorate with a few leaves of arugula if wanted.

Notes

* Choose a bread like sourdough or whole grain bread for an even healthier and crunchier version !
