Protein Packed Avocado Toasts

Ingredients
- 2 slices of gluten-free bread* (see note)
- 1/2 avocado
- 2 tbsp of sprouted alfafa seeds
- 1 tsp of vegan protein powder** (see note)
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 pinch of black pepper

Step 1
Grill the 2 slices of bread in the oven or toaster.Step 2
In a small bowl, mash the avocado with a fork, then add salt and pepper and combine.
Step 3
Spread the avocado on toast and sprinkle the protein powder on top. Put the alafafa sprouts on top and decorate with a few leaves of arugula if wanted.
Notes
* Choose a bread like sourdough or whole grain bread for an even healthier and crunchier version !
