Ingredients
- 100g of tofu (natural)
- 1/2 tsp of turmeric powder
- 1/4 cup of soy cream
- A pinch of salt
- A pinch of pepper

Instructions
Step 1
Heat a frying pan with a dash of olive oil.Step 2
Place the tofu in a clean, dry cloth to remove as much moisture as possible.Step 3
Crumble the tofu finely and pour into the pan. Sauté for 2-3 minutes over medium heat, then add turmeric, salt and pepper. Stir until the tofu turns a uniform yellow color. Pour in the soy cream and stir until creamy.Step 4
Remove from heat and serve! This protein-rich recipe is perfect on toast, as a breakfast or light meal.Note
If you are on a vegan diet or have an egg intolerance, this recipe is a perfect alternative to classic scrambled eggs. You will find a similar texture and taste as well as a very good protein value.
