Coaching for dancers
Tailored nutrition for dancers
performance optimisation

How should you eat every day to optimize your energy and muscle recovery?

What to eat before and after a show?

Let’s find the answers together, in a way that’s best suited to your metabolism, training rhythm and goals.

Injury prevention

The right nutrition, compensating for deficiencies and boosting the immune system, as well as muscle recovery and regeneration, will help prevent injuries and keep the body strong and receptive.

In the case of recurrent injuries, we can also work to resolidify weak areas.

Through diet, we can strengthen our cartilage, ligaments, bones and muscles!

Tailored nutrition

Each person has different needs on a daily basis, let’s find what’s right for you, both during training and on rest days.

Balance & Optimization: two fundamental pillars.

Preparation for auditions

Be at your best for your auditions! I’ll help you with physical preparation, nutrition, stress management and coaching on your variations and videos.

A complete support before, during and after the auditions.

Getting back in shape

Coming back from injury or vacation? Or a need to feel a little more in shape?

Don’t worry, we’ll work on a training program combined with a nutrition program to get you feeling your best in no time!

Relationship towards your body

Growing up in the dance world can sometimes lead to a conflicted relationship with your body.

Your body is your working tool, so move forward hand in hand with it and go further towards your goals.

I’m here to help you find a respectful and caring relationship with your body.

Relationship with food

Our relationship with food can be affected by stress, emotions, guilt, body image pressure and social behaviors.

Learn to listen to your body and its needs, and rediscover a pleasant and enjoyable relationship with food.

hormonal balance

For both women and men, high-intensity sport leads to a high production of testosterone and generally causes hormonal imbalances in the majority of dancers.

With the right support, we can bring these hormones back into balance, helping your body to function optimally and protect your bones and system.

stress management

Good stress management will allow you to perform at your best and optimize your physical, muscular and digestive capacities.

Learn how to reduce your daily stress levels, as well as quick and effective techniques before you go on stage.

weight gain / loss

Do you have physical goals? Whether you want to lose weight, gain mass or “dry out” to reshape your muscles, it’s essential to achieve these goals in a way that respects your body without endangering your health, while optimizing your physical performance and energy.

To achieve this, it’s essential to work hand-in-hand and tailor-made by understanding your needs and your body’s own mechanisms.

They talk about their experience :

« I went to Léa and she helped me find the best way to stay healthy in terms of energy and performance. I know it’s a bit difficult for dancers to stay in shape in these difficult times, but whatever the situation, we all need good nutritional support to keep our bodies and minds healthy.
She’s been a great help! »

Dancer at Staatsballet Berlin, Zurich Ballet, Béjart Ballet

« I had been suffering from anorexia for two years and felt that my recovery was stalled and that I needed help. I turned to Léa knowing in advance that, with her experience in both nutrition and dance, she would understand me and be able to guide me along the path to recovery.
In July 2022, we began with an intuitive eating program that enabled me to let go of control, break bad habits that had taken hold and reconnect with my body’s signals.
Following this, Léa created a nutritional program specially adapted to my needs: to succeed in gaining weight and muscle mass while dancing intensively every day.

The physical goals were certainly achieved, but the most important thing for me is that mentally, I’ve never felt as happy as I do today. Léa has lifted a huge weight off my shoulders, and this healing has enabled me to blossom further in my dancing, and consequently to sign my first contract with a company.
I’ve regained my energy, and even my emotions, which I no longer felt (which was a problem for me, since the very essence of dance is to convey emotions to the audience).

I can’t wait to continue working and evolving with Léa, now that we’ve healed my relationship with food and my body, she continues to follow me as a coach to help me reach my goals in dance and maximize my energies for better performances.
Thank you Léa! »

« Proper nutrition and a strong relationship and connection to the body is essential in performance as a dancer. Lea provides an abundance of helpful information as well as support to make it possible to achieve balance, and personalises your sessions and plan to your specific needs. It was important to me to find someone who not only was a certified nutritionist but understood the demands and intricacies of the ballet world that have an effect on the body and mind. Lea was a perfect match and has helped immensely in healing my relationship with both food and my body, positively impacting both my work in dance but also my life outside of it. »
